Notice of Infringement – Claim

3. Details of the infringing material and a way for us to locate it (such as the URL).
4. Contact information of the complaining party.
5. A statement confirming unauthorized use of the material.
6. A statement verifying the accuracy of the provided information.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

Repeat Infringer Policy
